Siriusmo - "All the Girls (Yuksek remix)"

We came across this track a couple of days ago and loved it almost immediately. Cuz' the beat is pounding and the synths are bangin' (just as we like it:-) )

It's a Yuksek rmx of Berlin producer Siriusmo's (who has also remixet dope names like Simian Mobile Disco, Yelle, Modeselektor and Jahcoozi among others) track "All the Girls" from the forthcoming ep of the same name. The ep is out February 25th on German label Exploited records. We can't wait!

All the Girls by the way will contain a Modeselektor Bonus Edit, Yuksek Rmx and Tomboy Rmx.

Lucy Love - Danish grime talent

As promised, we're gonna try and introduce you to some Scandinavian artist of interest. One of these is definitely Lucy Love.

This young lady is one of the most talented Danish MC's, we've come across in a very long time, and in our humble opinion her talents will reach far beyond the Danish borders. Up the alley of Lady Sovereign, the style is grime/UK garage.

Her sympathetic lyrics, convincing flow and passionate delivery along with bangin' beats form her soundboy YoAkim makes her first single "No V.I.P." seriously worth checking out. The same can be said about "I'm In Love With It" and the two live recordings to be found on her myspace.

We think she's the bomb, hopefully you will too.

Welcome to Triple B

Yup! Welcome to Triple B. With this post, we initiate our new blog that we've created for two reasons: we love music, and we wanna share the music that we love.

There's so much fresh stuff out there and with the help of this blog, we hope be to be able to share some of it and at the same time receive input from whomever reads this. So please comment on our post and even better, suggest other music similar to the type that is being posted.

One of our goals with this blog is to try and present some of the electro and b-more + other hot electronic music that is coming from the Scandinavian scene - along with beats from all over the world.

Well enough about goals and plans. Let's git down to business.

The first track that we would like to recommend isn't a new track, and some of you might have known it for some time as it has been out there for a over month. The track is however very representative of the type of music, that we dig here at Triple B.

Thanks to female Danish dj Rosa Lux, we discovered Mel Merios "Domino Dancing (Extended Club Mix)" - and holy shit, this track is an absolute banger! It combines the hook of Pet Shop Boys 8O'es hit of the same name with killer electro beats. The result is a party track that'll make you jump up and down even at home!
If you ever feel burned out and tired, put this shit on and it will cure you. Enjoy!
